I have participated in at least three Allied Health courses, mandatory for employment as a Community Personal Caregiver. These included an extensive UNDERSTANDING COVID 19 for Aged Care Workers course when this disease was at its worst. I struggled with the online elements of this course considerably but understood the theory. The assistance I was given to overcome this difficulty was impressive and meant I completed all courses with security of knowing I had the knowledge to perform my job safely for my clients and myself.  Ps I AM 70 yrs old 😊

KonnectED lectures were enjoyable and easy to relate to and gave real life examples to numerous situations, without giving us peoples identities. When the team at KonnectED spoke about the people in their care, it was always with compassion and genuine concern. Last year (2022) I left a full-time job of 12 years at the age of 54 to embark on a new career, which came with studying. It felt very confronting, overwhelming and out of my comfort zone. This is where I met Monique and Britney, not only did they make me feel at ease, but was also always accommodating and motivating.
